Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Construction Connect! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and the services provided therein. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Subscriptions

 For Contractors:

•     1- For $7.99 per month user can post on four jobs on Basic subscription
•     2- For $19.99 per month user can post on unlimited jobs on Basic subscription

    For Workers/Labour:

•     1- For $3.99 per month User can apply on three jobs on Basic subscription
•     2- For $9.99 per month User can apply on three jobs on Premium subscription

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are auto-renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

4. Subscription Benefits

By subscribing to Construction Connect, users receive the following benefits:
  For Contractors:

•     1- Four Posts a Month on Basic subscription
•     2- Unlimited Monthly Posts on Premium subscription

    For Workers/Labour:

•     1- Three Jobs a Month on Basic subscription
•     2- Unlimited Jobs on Premium subscription

5. Affiliate Services Disclosure

Construction Connect Direct may include links to affiliate services. We may receive a commission for purchases made through these links. Additionally, manufacturers of warranty products may receive your profile information to process claims and/or offer additional subscription services.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the App involves the collection and use of your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Construction Connect Direct is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Illinois.
